Our shipping service

For all orders, we offer attractive shipping rates. When your order reaches a certain cart value, your shipping costs drop to zero euros! This allows you to make your orders even more profitable.

SHIPPING COSTS

Fast shipping

Via GLS or Hermes delivery, you will receive your order within 2-7 days after receiving the order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking code via email, allowing you to track the status of your order. Please note that it may take between 24 and 48 hours for the tracking code to be provided.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

All our orders are shipped from Germany. There are no additional customs duties and import taxes for shipments within the EU.

Please note that outside the EU, there may be different regulations regarding customs or import VAT. These fees are 100% payable to the customs of the respective receiving country and must be covered by you. If you refuse to accept the package, the fees will still be charged. In the event of a return, these fees will be deducted from your refund.
