WHAT IS A DUFFLE BAG?
The term duffle comes from the English language. However, the origin of this term can be found in a small town near Antwerp called Duffel. This name originated in the 17th century, when women made weatherproof clothing for fishermen, most of which was made of camel wool, which was called duffle.
Nowadays, duffle is more commonly associated with coats, the duffle coats, or, as with us, with bags, the duffle bags.
