THE PREMIUM LEATHER KEYCHAIN
The keychain Soan, like almost all Buckle & Seam products, is also handcrafted from high-quality cowhide leather. In our production facility in Pakistan, our employees work with the finest materials. For example, recycled threads from the quality brand Gütermann are used for the seams of our items. To create particularly durable end products, our employees process the cowhide in its highest quality form, the so-called "full grain," and further refine it with a special "Crazy Horse" finish. This results in products that develop an individual patina over time.

Buckle & Seam has made it their goal to take a stand against fast fashion and thus advocate for fair fashion. By producing our goods by hand, we create high-quality products that are particularly durable. We have consciously opted against mass production. We also believe that each of our customers should be aware of the value of handmade products and the amount of work that goes into them. That's why we pay our Pakistani employees an average of three times more than what is normal for their region.

SUSTAINABLE QUALITY
Did you know that all Buckle & Seam products are handcrafted in our own production facility? Production takes place in Pakistan, where we also source the leather for our various collections. In order to provide you with a high-quality product, our employees process the leather at its full strength. Even after production, our leather weekenders still have a thickness of 1.6 - 2 mm, which is approximately double the conventional standards.

We not only aim to provide you with a high-quality end product but also ensure that our employees, whether in Germany or Pakistan, are fairly compensated for their work and can operate under high standards. That's why the working conditions in our production facilities are regularly monitored. Additionally, our employees in Pakistan receive a salary that is nearly triple the norm for their region.

Every product from the Buckle & Seam brand is unique. Our collections for men are handcrafted from leather in its highest quality form. This form is referred to as "full grain," which means that the leather is processed in its full strength. This results in an exceptionally robust end product that you can carry by your side for years. The way our models are crafted also ensures that each of them develops its own unique patina over the years. Just like you, your bag will only become more beautiful with age.
